Manage your holiday property from all over the world via the Holiday Home Assistant application. Management will be arranged by our local partner: Salva Services. Salva Services Online is in charge of key transfers and managing of your property.
Furthermore, you have the possibility to order a variety of services at every time of the day. The app is available in four languages: English, German, Dutch and Spanish. Orders come in directly via the application at the Salva Services Staff. They will plan the delivery of the order. You can follow the order in real-time via the application.
When Salva Services staff is entering the property, they scan a NFC code. This gives you a clear view of who is entering your holiday property and for what purpose they have completed.

Also in low season Salva Services can take care of your property. Letter box services, fix small reparations, cleaning, report critical situations and everything which includes the safety of your holiday property. This will give you peace of mind and a very secure feeling. Additionally renters of your property can use the Salva Services Application. We will contact you if renters have questions during their stay or we will contact if they have any questions.
Renters can also order services via the application. This will contribute to the quality of their stay.
